Refund Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your vault to request a return.
To be eligible, your vault must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at contact@artifactarmory.com.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your vault is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately at contact@artifactarmory.com with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
We stand behind our work. If the wood cracks, the leather fails, or the brass breaks under normal use, we replace it. Free. Forever.
This doesn't cover damage from abuse, accidents, or extreme conditions. But if we built it wrong, we make it right.
